What is Home Connect Plus?
Home Connect Plus is a
that allows you to control your smart home centrally and intuitively. The app interlinks and automates a wide range of
smart home devices
systems from different manufacturers
– from thermostats, vacuum cleaners and speakers to shutters, lights and door locks. This means that you can
control all of the devices centrally in just one app
on your phone or tablet.

Does Home Connect Plus support virtual assistants and can I use them to start automatic sequences or scenarios?
We are currently working on technical integration in order to enable you to start automatic sequences and scenarios in this way in the future.
What partners and devices does Home Connect Plus support?
We currently support a range of smart home devices from over 40 leading manufacturers, including Philips Hue, Bosch, Bose, HomematicIP and many more. We are continuously expanding our partner network so that we can continue to offer you the greatest possible value.
In order to keep the app simple and intuitive to use, Home Connect Plus concentrates on the key functions and automatic sequences that will be most beneficial in your day-to-day routine.
As a result, some less frequently used special functions or settings options will remain available only in the manufacturer-specific apps offered by our partners.

How does Home Connect Plus deal with data protection and information security?
Data protection and information security are two of the underlying principles of Home Connect Plus. In order to log into the Home Connect Plus app, users require a SingleKeyID user account, in which their user name and e-mail address are stored. All data is encrypted for transmission and no comprehensive user profiles are created. We only store data that is required to provide a service.

How do I navigate within the Community?
In the desktop version, simply navigate to the pages you want to visit using the menu bar at the top or on the left-hand side. You can always go back to the home page by pressing the "Community" tab and the category that you are currently in is indicated in bold. If you are accessing the Community on your smartphone, you can go to pages via the hamburger menu in the top corner.
How do I create a discussion?
Ideally, you should first check whether the discussion topic already exists. This will prevent duplicates and the information will all remain in one place.
Tap "Start discussion", enter a descriptive name, write your text and select the relevant category where the discussion is to be posted. In addition, the various options allow you to format your text as you require and to add images and videos as visual aids. The "Preview" will show you what the post will look like.
How can I edit or delete a post?
You can't delete posts yourself. If you need to do this, you can contact @Hanna or @... at any time. Alternatively, you can always tell us about your problem by sending an e-mail to
You can, however, edit your posts at any time. To do this, select the post that you want to edit and you will find three small dots underneath, which you can use to select a pencil. Select this icon and make any changes to the post.
How do I write a private message?
To write a private message, click on the name or picture of the user to whom you would like to write a private message. This will take you to their user profile and you can select "Send message" here. You can now write your message to the user.
How can I edit my user profile?
To make changes to your profile, click on "Update profile" below your user name at the top left of the home page. You can now update your biography, change your picture, manage settings and change your password.
How can I delete my account
You cannot delete your account yourself. If you want to delete your account, please contact our admins or send us an email to:
. Please let us know, if you want us to delete your profile only, so that your posts remain anonymized in the community. Alternatively, you can also delete all data.
