Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without stating the reason for doing so.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the agreement is entered into.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Residential IoT Services GmbH, Borsigstrasse 4, 70469 Stuttgart, Germany, infoathome-connect-plusdotcom, about your decision to cancel this Agreement by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached cancellation form template for this, but it is not mandatory.

All that is required to meet the cancellation deadline is that you send notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this agreement, we undertake to refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we provide), promptly and no more than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification that you are cancelling the agreement. To make this refund, we shall use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Where you have begun to use the Services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of Services already provided up until the point in time you notify us that you are exercising your right of cancellation with respect to this agreement, versus the full scope of the Services provided for in the agreement.
